3. Are all brands on the website approved through curation?
Yes. Every brand featured on our website has passed our curation process. We do not accept open submissions or list products without review.
4. Where are the products made?
Most products on our website are handmade or assembled in Indonesia by skilled local artisans. Production is done in small batches to maintain quality and preserve traditional craftsmanship.
5. Do the brands support local artisans in Indonesia?
Yes. All curated brands actively work with local Indonesians artisans, helping create fair job opportunities and sustain long-standing craft traditions.
6. Are the products handmade?
Many of the products are handmade or partially handmade. Because each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur. This is part of what makes each piece unique.
7. Are all products brand new?
Yes. Every product sold on our website is 100% new. We do not sell pre-owned, refurbished, or second-hand items. That said, brand new doesn’t always mean brand new release. Alongside current collections, we also offer rare pieces, including official collaborations products that are no longer available directly from the brand.
8. Where do the rare products come from?
We actively search for what we consider true gems hard to find items that collectors appreciate. These products are sourced through trusted channels and verified before being listed on our platform. Every rare item we offer is still new, unworn, and in original conditions.

Yes. We ship internationally. All orders are shipped directly from Indonesia.
10. Are duties, taxes, or import fees included in the price?
No. Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.
11. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to international shipping distances and high shipping costs, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We strongly reviewing product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.
12. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear videos and photos of the issue. A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully revealed. We will review the case and assist you accordingly. Claims submitted without a full unboxing video or with edited/cut footage may not be eligible for review.
13. Why don’t you offer returns?
International shipping from Indonesia involves significant costs and logistics. To keep prices fair and sustainable for both buyers and makers, we operate on a final-sale policy.
14. Are curated products ethically made?
We prioritize brands that value fair work practices, responsible production, and artisan empowerment. While each brand operates independently, ethical production is a core requirement in our curation process.
